Goodies in the mail

I love it when the FedEx truck brings me a package.

To be fair I don’t get packages too often, thus the excitement.

All the better when it is something that I didn’t have to pay for and I can craft with it.

Yesterday this arrived.

My 6 pack of paint from Krylon that I won from My Backyard Eden.

Here is what I picked out.

Oil Rubbed Bronze, Off Paint Remover, Looking Glass, Frosted Glass, Satin Nickel and Hammered Silver.

I haven’t tried any of these before although I have other Krylon paints.

I’m really looking forward to trying the Off paint stripper.  I didn’t know there even was a spray paint stripper.  It says works in 15 minutes or less and can be used indoors if it is well ventilated.  Not that I can use it indoors in the middle of winter but nice to know I could use it inside this summer if I want.

Lately I’ve seen some great crafts made with frosted glass so I can’t wait to try some of my own.

I think I need to make a trip to the dollar store for some supplies to make a frosted hurricane or two.
