I finally finished the pink frame revamp I started last week. I forgot to take a before picture but it was a typical gold frame from the 70's. It is the plastic, resin type material that was so popular.
After some contemplating I decided to paint the cork board with the same light pink paint I used on the frame.
It is a light coat but looks great to me.
I love the distressing and the gold shimmer I used on it. I upcycled a clip on earring to make a tack for it.
I can't believe how well they match.
I'm listing it on Etsy with some other frames, cards and decor items I have worked on lately. Check the frame out here and all my other items here. I almost hate to see this piece go as it is my favorite revamp to date.
