Subway style holiday frame

We got our frist measurable snowfall here in Central Minnesota this past weekend.  We were lucky in our area and only ended up with about an inch on the ground in some areas.  The predictions were for 6" but luckily in our area it stayed pretty warm so most of it melted

There is still a little bit on a few cars but most of the snow it gone.   I'm glad for that but it did get me thinking more about Christmas decorations.   It is too early for me to put anything up but it doesn't mean I can't make some to put up later.

I made this frame with one of the Wordle word clouds I made last week.  
I’m glad I printed this on ivory cardstock but it is not quite the same color as the frame I put it in.  I think it looks great.

I was able to re-use one of the frames that I had my Halloween subway style art in.

I love the tone on tone print and the neutral colored words.

 

 

The frame is lightly distressed.

 

December 25th will be here soon enough.

I can just about taste the Hot Cocoa and Apple Cider when I think about Christmas.
